As AsiaConnect® (ASCO) is expanding its presence in ASEAN. ASCO is looking for highly motivated candidates to fill Executive Assistant based in Bangkok. Candidate will coordinating daily operations in Bangkok office and between offices in Myanmar, Vietnam and Cambodia and with key executives and employees. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO. The ExecutiveAssistant also serves as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks including:
    managing an extremely active calendar of appointments;
    completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that
    is sometimes confidential; and arranging complex and detailed travel plans,
    itineraries, and agendas.
  • Organizes and maintains files and records.
  • Manages projects and conducts research when necessary.
    Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO’s schedule is followed and respected.
    Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO’s  time and office.    Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO.    Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO’s office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff

Required skills & experience

Must have solid understanding of management roles of an executive with minimum 5 years experience in company and minimum 2 years experience as a assistant to an executive. Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills. Bachelor degree ( in English is a plus) and excellent skills in written and spoken in English a must..

Required skills & experience

Must have worked in an event management company with minimum 3-5 years experience in event management company and minimum 1 years experience as a team leader. Excellent team worker. Bachelor degree and excellent skills in written and spoken in Burmese & English a must.

  • Every August 30 of the year must summit budget requirements for next fiscal year for your team

Required skills & experience
